A specialty insurance broker is seeking a highly motivated full-time Account Manager in Schaumburg, IL. This role involves servicing a book of business within an innovative insurance environment. Candidates are required to have an active IL Property & Casualty license and some commercial insurance experience. Strong communication, organizational skills, and detail orientation are essential for this position that allows for work flexibility after training. The expected salary range is $55,000 - $65,000 per year with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have an active IL Property & Casualty license.
• Must have some commercial insurance experience.
• Preference for candidates with industry experience or formal business education.

Responsibilities

• Servicing a book of business and answering policy questions.
• Creating marketing submissions and proposals using EPIC and INDIO.
• Assisting with premium collections and handling client calls.
