Job summary

Absolics Inc. in Covington, GA is seeking a structured Procurement Specialist to coordinate outsourcing for our semiconductor facility. You will manage day-to-day indirect sourcing, contracts, SLAs, and vendor performance with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in manufacturing procurement, ERP familiarity (SAP MM, Oracle), and strong negotiation skills. Bilingual English/Korean is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Understanding of contracts, vendor coordination, and procurement workflows.
• ERP familiarity and basic accounting concepts (PO-to-invoice).
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate bid processes, contract drafting, and admin for facility management and outsourcing.
• Review vendor rate sheets to evaluate pricing and prevent budget overruns.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to hold vendors accountable for safety and timelines.
• Audit SOWs and change orders to control scope and cost.
• Create PR/POs and track in accordance with guidelines.
• Coordinate with Accounting to resolve 3-way matching discrepancies and billing disputes.
• Assist in identifying service providers and tracking procurement schedules for plant operations.
