Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to promote our products and services in the Omaha area and build lasting customer relationships. You will work with new and existing accounts to achieve sales and profit goals while adapting to non-traditional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline, or 3 years Restaurant Management or B2B sales.
• Willingness to relocate to the geographic vicinity of territory and pass employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Research customer needs and tailor a mix of products and services.
• Provide product information and training to customer personnel.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts and events; maintain routing schedules.
• Gather accounts receivable as needed and coordinate with credit terms.
• Prepare sales budgets, reports, and quotes; manage sales records.
