Job summary

Lutheran Community Services NW seeks an Outreach Home Visiting Supervisor to lead a team delivering intensive home visiting for families with young children. The role is full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) and focuses on infant mental health, development, and protective family supports, with leadership and coordination responsibilities across programs.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. You will work with community partners, supervise staff, and help plan and implement program activities,

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience with children and families, especially in high-stress contexts.
• Ability to supervise and support staff in a reflective practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to Outreach home visitors to meet QA standards.
• Oversee caseloads, develop family support plans, and coordinate services.
• Hire, train, and mentor new staff; ensure program compliance and QA.
• Collaborate with community partners to connect families with resources.
