Wilmington Community Clinic is seeking an Outreach and Enrollment Specialist I to connect uninsured and under-insured residents with Medi-Cal, ACA marketplaces, and other programs. You will educate, outreach, and assist with applications in clinic and community settings, helping individuals navigate eligibility and retain coverage.

We value bilingual English/Spanish speakers, strong organizational skills, and experience with outreach events.

Qualifications

• CAA certification or plan to complete Covered California training after hire
• CCHI Health Access Assister Certification preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year of general clerical and customer service experience
• Valid California Driver's License, auto insurance and transportation available

Responsabilités

• Manage and execute enrollment activities, completing coverage applications and gathering required documents
• Provide patient education on health coverage and renewal assistance
• Maintain databases and track outreach calls, applications and enrollments
• Distribute outreach materials to patients and community partners
• Develop and attend community events to promote coverage options and referrals
• Collaborate with local organizations to raise awareness of coverage options and enrollment
