Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking a bilingual Outbound Enrollment Agent fluent in English and Spanish to support a fast-paced healthcare enrollment program. This remote role targets members in multiple states and uses scripted calls to explain benefits and enroll members.

Responsibilities include making outbound calls, following scripts, and navigating Salesforce CRM while documenting outcomes. Training is provided, with full-time hours and a focus on quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling, call center, customer service, sales, or enrollment preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable following a structured script while maintaining a natural conversation.
• Ability to handle questions, hesitation, and objections confidently.
• Professional, patient, and empathetic communication style.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and multiple computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to meeting performance expectations.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, speak).

Five Star Solutions is seeking Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Agents for English and Spanish to support a fast‑paced healthcare enrollment program serving eligible health‑plan members. This is a light sales, scripted outbound position focused on helping members understand and enroll in available health programs.

This is a remote position for those that reside in = AL, FL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY

$17 - $17 an hour

Pay $17/hr with $1 differential for nights and weekends + incentives

Hours: Monday–Friday between 9:30 AM–8:00 PM Central Time with 1 Saturday per month

Paid Training - typically 1 week in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon‑Fri (MST)

Status - Full Time 40 hours, Benefit eligible 1st of month after 60 days
