Job summary

Casavana Cuban Cuisine in Miami is seeking Phone Order Takers for all shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Weekends). Ideal candidates are bilingual, energetic, and able to multitask while delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include taking orders by phone, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to guest loyalty with prompt, friendly service. Must speak English and Spanish, work varied shifts, and be able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Speak English and Spanish fluently.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a background check (Criminal, County checks).
• No more than 2 jobs in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Take phone orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide enthusiastic, guest-focused service and resolve issues promptly.
