Job summary

National Vision's America's Best in Orange, CA is seeking a Sales Associate – Optical who is bilingual in English and Spanish. You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers with eyewear selection, and dispense eyeglasses where permitted by state law.

This full-time role requires 1+ year of retail or customer service experience and a High School Diploma. Sundays off are offered and employees receive a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Fluent in reading & speaking both English & Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses where permitted by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communicate order status.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
