Job summary

National Vision's America's Best stores are seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our optical team. You’ll deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals.

You will help customers choose eyewear, dispense glasses and contacts where allowed, and educate on eyewear care. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of retail or customer service experience, is fluent in English and Spanish, and holds a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
