National Vision’s Eyeglass World division seeks a Part-Time Optical Specialist with bilingual Spanish skills to assist customers with eyewear selection, fittings, and education. This role focuses on delivering a polished, on-brand experience and supporting pre-exam and pickup processes in a fast-paced retail setting.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in optical, retail, or customer service, and available Sundays if needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills.
• Clear communication and the ability to educate customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and personalized service at every stage of the visit.
• Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education.
• Ensure customers leave feeling confident in both their eyewear and their experience.
