Job summary

America’s Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate – Optical for a part-time role. You’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience, assist customers in selecting eyewear, and support store operations to meet sales goals. Qualifications include 1+ year in retail or customer service, and fluency in English and Spanish.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. The schedule includes Sundays off, and the role offers benefits like 401k, parental leave, employee eyewear

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in reading & speaking both English & Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
