Job summary

Biocytogen is seeking a Business Operations Associate to support daily operations across purchasing, logistics, CRM management, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires proactive organization in a fast-paced environment and a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include PO processing, CRM data upkeep, cross-functional collaboration, and logistics support for domestic and international shipments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Biology, Business, Supply Chain, International Business, or related fields.
• Background in Biology / Life Sciences is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase order creation, tracking, and processing.
• Coordinate order entry, receiving, and fulfillment activities.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate billing and delivery.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Maintain and update CRM systems and business databases.
• Support data entry, reporting, and order tracking.
• Generate reports and assist with operational data analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and vendors on daily business activities.
• Support logistics coordination, event preparation, and operational projects.
• Assist with process improvements and workflow optimization.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping logistics.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and track deliveries.
• Support tradeshows, marketing campaigns, and company events.
• Maintain shipping and inventory records.
