Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC in Union City, GA is hiring a Bilingual Operations Coordinator / Operations Support Specialist to join our fast-paced operations team. You will partner with the Site Manager to meet staffing needs, coordinate recruiting efforts, onboard new employees, and support safety and compliance initiatives.

This full-time role (Mon–Fri) requires Spanish/English bilingual ability, strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort with tablet data entry.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Ability to read safety/operating documents in English.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; data entry proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Manager to ensure staffing levels meet needs and communicate hiring requirements.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts with the KBS Talent Acquisition Team.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees and scheduling/orientations.
• Support employee recognition programs and maintain training files.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
