Job summary

Mangone Law Firm, LLC is seeking a high-level immigration staff attorney (English-Spanish) who prioritizes surgical precision and client care. You will lead strategy, review complex petitions, and guide a dedicated team to deliver accurate filings for clients nationwide.

Applicants must hold an active U.S. Bar license, have 2+ years of immigration experience, be fully bilingual, and comfortable with a 45–50 hour work week.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Bar license with 2+ years of immigration experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish; native or fluent.
• Experience reviewing complex immigration cases (T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, SIJS).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of personalized legal strategies for each client.
• Meticulously review packets, declarations, and motions for family-based petitions, consular processing, T-Visas, SIJS, VAWA, and waivers.
• Grade and provide constructive feedback to paralegals and legal assistants to ensure accurate and timely document delivery.
• Represent clients in Adjustment of Status (AOS) interviews before USCIS.
• Serve as 'Attorney of the Day' providing legal guidance and attending operational meetings.
• Participate in Consultation Day Events.
