Qualifications

• Fluency in English; working knowledge of Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sorting and separating raw materials and lead the Operations Team Members.
• Drive process improvements and leadership within the area of responsibility.
• Develop comprehensive operator training programs and ongoing development.
• Implement attendance, punctuality, and equipment-damage policy and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and day-to-day operations to maximize throughput.
