Job summary

SPOTLESS CLEANING CHICAGO LTD in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to support daily commercial cleaning services. You will help manage scheduling, client relations, and site visits to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, and proven leadership. Occasional travel up to 50% should be expected along with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required to communicate with staff and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in Excel with formulas, tables, and data manipulation.
• Proven leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Experience in customer service and client management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to travel and work on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist operations manager in daily operations of commercial cleaning services to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Handle scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
• Train Area Managers or start new accounts when necessary.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and address concerns.
• Perform site visits to accounts to ensure quality expectations.
• Prepare and present operational reports to the operations manager.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and drive growth.
• Fill in for the operations manager as needed.
• Flexible schedule and travel as required.
