Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of cleaning staff of up to 50 across multiple accounts.
• Plan and allocate daily cleaning schedules, ensuring coverage within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene and safety standards; document issues.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance and train staff on health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Liaise with stakeholders to address special requests or resolve concerns.
• Support hands-on cleaning tasks during peak times or staff shortages.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to team.
• Ensure timely communication and reporting.
