Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking a Business Operations Administrator to support fast-paced operations across teams. You’ll streamline processes, track claims and job progress from start to finish, and partner with the finance group to keep budgets up to date.

You will handle vendor invoices, purchase orders, and data entry in systems like BOLT and CLAIMTRAK, participate in production meetings, and help maintain clear communication that keeps projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with job management systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations teams to improve internal processes and maintain consistency across business units
• Manage the full lifecycle of claims and job processes from initiation to closure
• Partner with the finance team on vendor invoices, purchase orders, and job budgets
• Participate in production meetings for project updates and job progress
• Set up new vendors, process invoices, and handle payments with proper documentation
• Assist with collections and manage TPAs and portals
• Travel may be required
