Job Overview

As the Operations Associate, you will contribute to the smooth operation of organizational processes by coordinating administrative tasks, supporting staff, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate thrives on organization, demonstrates a high level of accuracy, excels at problem-solving, and possesses effective communication skills in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities in Operations Management
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to internal teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate bilingual communications and translate documents between English and Spanish as needed for staff and clients.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining organizational records.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees, including document collection and process orientation.
  • Implement best practices in operational workflows to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and community contacts as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, database management, and the preparation of operational documentation.
  • Contribute to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and positive work environment.
  • Assist in the resolution of operational issues and escalate concerns as appropriate.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and company training initiatives.
Bilingual Operations Associate Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
  • Previous experience in office administration, operations, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication abilities in both languages.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new technology platforms quickly.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic workplace.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact respectfully and effectively with colleagues and clients of diverse backgrounds.
