$18/hr. to $20/hr.

About This Role
Coordinate with our customers, techs, and installation teams to provide updates to project scheduling and measurements
Provide administrative support that includes:
Creating customer files and scanning them into the company system
Auditing job contracts, permits and HOA approvals
Preparing lien releases / contractor affidavits
Filing customer installation jobs, maintaining the system, and updating data with job progress
Processing payments received from customers through personal financing
Processing and uploading customer loan documents into the our CRM and platforms
Fielding customer service calls and emails in a timely manner
Attending Accounts Receivables meetings with Operations Team to assist in managing timelines and working toward targets
Key Qualifications
Minimum 2 years administrative experience in home improvement, health, insurance, banking and finance, or sales industry preferred
Must be able to efficiently multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in MS Office 365
Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish
Flexible, positive attitude and willingness to learn
Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred
