Bilingual Operations Assistant- Spanish

$18/hr. to $20/hr.

About This Role

  • Coordinate with our customers, techs, and installation teams to provide updates to project scheduling and measurements

  • Provide administrative support that includes:

    • Creating customer files and scanning them into the company system

    • Auditing job contracts, permits and HOA approvals

    • Preparing lien releases / contractor affidavits

    • Filing customer installation jobs, maintaining the system, and updating data with job progress

    • Processing payments received from customers through personal financing

    • Processing and uploading customer loan documents into the our CRM and platforms

    • Fielding customer service calls and emails in a timely manner

    • Attending Accounts Receivables meetings with Operations Team to assist in managing timelines and working toward targets

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience in home improvement, health, insurance, banking and finance, or sales industry preferred

  • Must be able to efficiently multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Proficiency in MS Office 365

  • Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish

  • Flexible, positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred
