Qualifications

• Staffing experience is required.
• Experience in a customer service role with multi-level client communication.
• HR and data management experience.
• Demonstrable success leading a team or process.
• Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment.
• Ability to lead, organize and build diverse teams.
• Seasoned critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with operational software and data management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication across platforms.
• Ability to listen and influence decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate staffing requirements and develop value-added services to support client needs.
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring for assignments.
• Maintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll/invoicing accuracy.
• Provide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports on request.
• Manage employee relations at the site, including coaching and performance reviews.
• Conduct onsite orientation and safety training.
• Facilitate workers’ compensation incident reporting and initial handling.
• Participate in service reviews at the client site.
