Job summary

Malone Solutions is seeking an Onsite Specialist to manage daily client-site operations in Shelbyville, KY. This role includes coordinating onboarding, sourcing and screening candidates, and ensuring safety and performance standards are met.

You will build relationships with the client and on-site staff while delivering regular leadership reports. The position emphasizes organization, multitasking, and reliable transportation to maintain smooth site operations.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience.
• Leadership/management experience preferred.
• Experience in recruitment or staffing industry preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, sometimes 7:00am.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Background check eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with checking in new hires on their start date.

• Conduct observations of temporary associates to ensure safety and best practices.

• Maintain and present weekly reports to leadership.

Position Summary:

The Onsite Specialist is primarily responsible for managing daily activities at the client site, providing administrative support, along with fostering a positive relationship with the client. This includes overseeing operational tasks are completed in a timely manner according to client specifications.
