Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking motivated professionals for a 6-month contract to manage candidate screening, onboarding, and interview coordination at a high-volume client site in Sinking Spring, PA. You will greet candidates, conduct prescreening, and direct applicants through assessments and compliance steps.

The role requires 1 year in customer service or recruiting, bilingual English/Spanish, and comfort with data entry and phone traffic.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or recruiting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Prior experience in high-volume environments such as Customer Service or medical offices.

Responsibilities

• Administer client-specific screening assessments and onboarding to prepare candidates for work at a client site.
• Answer phones in a timely manner and greet/interview walk-ins.
• Move eligible candidates forward in the process, including interviewing, coordinating interviews, and directing completion of necessary assessments and compliance requirements.
• Handle high-volume phone traffic and perform high-volume administrative tasks, including data entry and inbound/outbound calls.
