Malone is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Specialist for our Georgetown, KY office to recruit and screen candidates, interface with clients, and drive staffing solutions. The role emphasizes communication, organization, and relationship-building in a fast-paced environment.

The position involves interviewing, drug screens, background checks, onboarding, and reporting to management, with a Monday–Friday 6:00am–3:00pm schedule in-office and a focus on delivering results for clients.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (Creole or French is a plus)
• Experience in staffing, recruitment, sales, or HR is preferred
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and employees
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Office, Excel
• Must be able to work in office Monday - Friday 6:00am-3:00pm

Responsibilities

• Recruit and source candidates
• Interview and screen candidates for current and future job openings
• Perform drug screens and background checks as needed
• Verifying past employment of candidates/ applicants
• Answer employee/customer inquiries and needs
• Handling customer inquiries and requests
• Onboard new employees on company policies and safety expectations
• Maintain and present reports to management as required
• Continuously learn and stay current on industry trends
• Consistently meet company goals and expectations
