Morales Group, Inc. is seeking a bilingual On-Site Performance Manager to lead the onsite workforce and act as the primary liaison between our client and the Morales Group team.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, operational excellence, and employee success in a fast-paced staffing environment. The role includes onboarding, attendance, payroll support, performance management, and ongoing engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client leadership to deliver service and workforce solutions.
• Manage day-to-day onsite operations for the contingent workforce (onboarding, attendance, payroll support, performance management).
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and safety while ensuring compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct business reviews, and collaborate with recruiting to meet staffing needs.
• Serve as trusted advisor to employees and clients to support a successful partnership.

In this role, you'll:

• Partner closely with client leadership to deliver outstanding service and workforce solutions.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of an onsite contingent workforce, including onboarding, employee relations, attendance, payroll support, and performance management.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and safety while ensuring compliance with client and company requirements.
• Monitor key performance metrics, conduct business reviews, and collaborate with internal recruiting teams to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and clients, helping create a positive workplace and successful partnership.
• Work on the weekend -every Friday, Saturday & Sunday 2nd shift 5pm-5am.
