Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in business administration, HR, recruiting coordination, onboarding or related areas in manufacturing or fast-paced settings.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required with strong written and verbal skills.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, multi-tasking abilities with independent ownership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR, recruiting or project-management systems preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States; export-controlled restrictions may apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, preboarding, onboarding and new-hire readiness with Talent Acquisition, HR, hiring managers and site functions.
• Maintain trackers for manpower, hiring, onboarding and training with timely updates on actions and dates.
• Organize New Employee Orientation including scheduling, communications and materials.
• Support audits, compliance activities, training administration and employee documentation; follow up on overdue actions.
• Provide project and change-management coordination, track actions and communicate with stakeholders.
• Foster employee engagement through recognition, events and cross-functional partnerships.
