Siemens Energy is seeking a Business Excellence Coordinator in the Tampa area to support recruiting, onboarding, and continuous-improvement initiatives. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and site leadership to drive processes, track actions, and ensure Day-One readiness.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HR/recruiting coordination and strong organization, with English/Spanish bilingual skills. A high school diploma is required, and US work authorization is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in business administration, HR, recruiting coordination, onboarding, or related areas.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and new-hire readiness activities with Talent Acquisition and HR.
• Maintain trackers for manpower, hiring, onboarding, and training with timely updates.
• Organize New Employee Orientation and Day-One readiness across functions.
• Support audits, compliance, and training administration with action follow-up.
• Provide project and change-management coordination, tracking actions and stakeholder follow-up.
• Foster employee engagement through recognition, events, and cross-functional partnerships.
