Job summary

Elwood Staffing in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Bilingual On‑Site Specialist to support the client’s On‑Site program. You will coach, supervise, and mentor temporary associates to meet performance goals while building strong client relationships.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with prior customer service experience and excellent written and verbal communication. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are needed to travel between branch and client locations, including
