They demonstrate excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills are essential, along with exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities. The successful candidate maintains professionalism, patience, and courtesy in stressful situations and can effectively exercise discretion, diplomacy, and tact when interacting with patients, physicians, and staff. They are proficient in computer applications and data entry, capable of learning new systems and technologies, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment at all times. A working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations, or the ability to quickly learn and adhere to compliance requirements, is required. Reliable transportation and the flexibility to travel between local office locations as needed are also necessary for success in this role.
