Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of high school education or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist site visitors, applicants, and staff with questions and registrations.
• Translate and complete documents for onboarding and file appropriate documentation.
• Liaise between field and office staff across departments.
• Set up classrooms and prepare training materials for OBRA/Orientation.
• Handle calls and customer service with a professional demeanor.
• Translate and assist with documentation during classes and orientation.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow care procedures and standards.
