Job summary

Personal Touch Home Care is seeking a bilingual Office Coordinator in Nassau, NY. This in-person role requires fluency in English and Spanish (Creole acceptable) and supports satellite training site operations. The position is full-time, based at our Nassau location, with a hourly pay range of $21.00–$24.00.

Key duties include onboarding support, translation, document management, and front-desk assistance. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18 and older.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist with questions.
• Translate and assist with document completion for onboarding.
• Liaise between field and office staff in LIC.
• Set up classrooms and prepare training documentation.
• Maintain PPE and office supplies.
• Process compliance documents and forward to HR.
• Handle calls and provide customer service.
• Assist with translations during classes/orientation.
• Follow documentation and care procedures.
• Cooperate with supervisors and perform additional tasks.
