EAH Housing seeks an Office Assistant for Kukui Gardens, a 398-unit affordable housing community in Honolulu, HI. The role supports the Property Manager and office staff to ensure fiscal, physical, and social soundness of the property.

Qualified candidates have affordable housing property management experience; LIHTC knowledge is a plus. Yardi and COS experience are beneficial; salary ranges from $19.95 to $30.40 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management experience.
• Bi-lingual abilities are preferred.
• Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH is a plus.
• Able to multi-task in a busy office.
• Good phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Collect rents, make deposits, prepare and submit rent roll, verify income.
• Comply with HUD, TCAC, or other regulations.
• Answer phones and assist residents and guests as first contact.
• Prepare correspondence and maintain office organization and inventories.
