Job summary

EAH Housing is seeking an Office Assistant for Kukui Gardens in Honolulu, HI, a 398-unit tax credit affordable housing community. The role supports the Property Manager and office staff to ensure fiscal, physical, and social soundness; prior property management experience and LIHTC knowledge are preferred.

Competitive pay range: $19.95–$30.40 per hour for this full-time position, with a hiring range of $19.95–$25.18.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management experience.
• Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH a plus.
• Able to multi-task in a very busy office environment.

Responsibilities

• Collects Rent, Makes Bank Deposits, Prepares and Submits Rent Roll, Verifies Income
• Complies with HUD, TCAC or other regulations
• Answers phone, assists residents and guests as the first point of contact
• Prepares correspondence, maintains neatness of the office, maintains required inventories for the office
