Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage product experience in the non-QM space.
• Strong knowledge of product guidelines.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must manage a high volume of emails and calls.
• Familiarity with MS Office products.
• Prior experience with Encompass preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn internal guidelines, seller guides, and pricing as SME.
• Field complex loan scenarios and provide lending solutions.
• Handle email and phone inquiries from internal and external partners.
• Assist with loan submissions in the LOS; Account Manager in Non-QM space.
