Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of RESPA, TILA and related regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Non-QM products and complex income analysis is required.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and underwrite Non-QM mortgage loans within guidelines.
• Manage loan conditions and recommend waivers or eligibility exceptions.
• Communicate with loan originators and processors about status and conditions.
• Maintain a loan pipeline with adherence to SLAs.
• Stay current on loan program requirements and document reviews.
