ServiceMaster Clean - SRSNM, LLC is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee commercial cleaning operations in St. Cloud, Willmar, and surrounding Minnesota areas.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong janitorial background, excellent communication, and the ability to lead teams and deliver outstanding service. The position is full-time with evening hours, travel within the territory, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial janitorial or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple commercial cleaning accounts within the territory.
• Conduct daily/ nightly site inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Train, coach, and mentor cleaning staff.
• Schedule employees and ensure accounts are staffed.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and staff development.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Manage material costs and supply budgets.
