Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a Field Manager (Bilingual) for janitorial services in Minnesota. You will oversee multiple accounts, lead frontline teams, schedule shifts, monitor quality and safety, and maintain client relationships to meet revenue and service goals.

This full-time role requires at least 3 years of leadership experience in the cleaning industry and fluency in English and Spanish. You’ll handle inspections, training, onboarding, and incident response while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ progressively responsible leadership experience in janitorial or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, including scheduling, task assignment and performance monitoring.
• Train and mentor staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company standards.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Address client concerns and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper equipment usage.
• Report site performance and staffing needs to District Manager.
