ServiceMaster Clean Team in St. Cloud, MN seeks an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee commercial cleaning operations across St. Cloud, Willmar, and surrounding areas. The role is hands-on leadership with a focus on team performance and customer service excellence.

The position requires strong janitorial experience, bilingual English/Spanish communication, and the ability to manage schedules, recruit staff, and monitor safety and budgets. Travel is involved within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial janitorial.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, mobile apps).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexible schedule with evenings and travel.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple commercial cleaning accounts throughout the assigned territory.
• Conduct daily and nightly site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Train, coach, mentor, and support cleaning staff.
• Schedule employees and ensure all accounts are properly staffed.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee development.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning chemicals, paper products, and equipment.
• Help manage material costs and supply budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Complete inspections, reports, and other administrative tasks.
• Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned by the Area Manager.
