Job summary
Pan-American Life Insurance Group (PALIG) is seeking a Network Engineer 3 to lead architecture, design, and operations of the enterprise network and voice infrastructure. The role requires hands-on Cisco and HPE switching, SD-WAN, wireless, firewall, and cloud connectivity expertise across LAN/WAN and voice systems.
The candidate should be fluent in English and Spanish to collaborate with teams across Latin America.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, wireless, voice, firewall-adjacent networking, and cloud connectivity.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, implement, and operate PALIG’s enterprise network and voice infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot routing, BGP, and Internet connectivity; ensure security alignment with policies.
- Support WAN upgrades, data center migrations, and cloud connectivity initiatives.
- Provide monitoring, documentation, and runbooks; participate in RCA and change management.
