Responsibilities

• Room patients, interview/update chief complaint, take vitals.
• Prepare patient charts a week in advance and verify benefits reports.
• Scan documents into patient charts and manage referrals.
• Assist physicians in exam rooms with wound care and procedures.
• Follow up on calls/voicemails and document conversations.
• Schedule patients for upcoming appointments and obtain authorizations.
• Travel to other CLS Health locations as needed.
