Job summary

Empower Community Care in Texas seeks a Community-Based Therapist to provide MST-based services to youth and families in the home and community setting. You will conduct thorough assessments, deliver strengths-based interventions, and collaborate with caregivers, schools, and community partners to support behavior change and sustainable progress for ages 12–17.

Flexibility for evenings and weekends and local travel required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or related field.
• Professional licensure as LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW under supervision.
• Full licensure as LPC/LMFT/LCSW preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using MST with strength-based approaches.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client and family within ecological context.
• Engage diverse communities; collaborate with caregivers and agencies.
• Weekly case planning, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
• Ensure 24/7 access to crisis support in collaboration with team.
