Job summary

American Dream Home Mortgage is seeking a part-time Loan Officer Partner to support a top-producing Loan Officer. You will handle day-to-day loan support tasks, collect and review documentation, prepare files for processing, and nurture client relationships in English and Spanish.

You will work with a bilingual team dedicated to collaboration and growth, with no mortgage experience required for the right candidate. A production bonus is included after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken) required.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with clients and partners.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes; mortgage experience not required for the right candidate.
• Valid NMLS license or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Nurture relationships with referral partners and borrowers in English and Spanish.
• Collect and review income, asset, and credit documentation.
• Run payments and ensure fees are recorded accurately.
• Prepare loan files for processing with complete documents.
• Answer questions from customers, partners, and team about transactions.
• Coordinate follow-up items and move files forward during the loan process.
• Maintain a collaborative, team-first culture and proactively support teammates.
