Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Real Estate Lending Department in North Texas has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Mortgage Loan Officer! This is an exciting opportunity to join the largest and best credit union in Oklahoma!

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will generate new mortgage business through proactive outreach, expand market presence, and maintain knowledge of real estate practices, mortgage products, and industry regulations by attending training and applying this expertise throughout

Qualifications

Associate degree in business or related field and two years mortgage industry experience.
NMLS license and SAFE Act registration required.
Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR; bonding required.
Mortgage lending and credit union experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Generate new mortgage business through proactive outreach, cold-calling, and cultivate relationships with realtors, builders, vendors, and community partners.
Expand TFCU’s market presence by identifying new business opportunities and developing a robust referral network.
Maintain knowledge of real estate practices, mortgage products, and regulations by attending training and applying this expertise during loan origination.
