Qualifications

• Must have an associate degree in business, finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of processing/closing FHA, VA, FHLMC, FNMA, 184 and USDA loans.
• Ability to negotiate and sell mortgage products with applicants.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant lending software.

Responsibilities

• Educate and advise members on home buying and mortgage options.
• Solicit new mortgage business and develop realtor/referral relationships.
• Grant or deny mortgage applications and coordinate processing and underwriting.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and TTCU policies.
