Job summary

Comcast is seeking a retail associate in Miami to engage customers, explain product features, and deliver outstanding service. You will meet sales targets, assist with account questions, and promote Comcast/Xfinity offerings while representing the brand in a friendly store environment.

You will need a high school diploma, flexible availability including evenings and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. A supportive benefits package and on‑the‑job training accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes, and move around the store

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing general service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert‑level understanding and passion around technology and Comcast products and services.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment and connecting products to customers’ lifestyles.
• Adhering to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent store environment.
