Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of one year of experience working with children and families.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Must have a car and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload as per program requirements.
• Develop individual and family service plans and goals with the family.
• Provide 24/7 crisis response by phone/in person on a rotation basis.
• Coordinate services to meet family needs and attend meetings as needed.
• Document all contact within 24 hours and maintain ethical and legal compliance.
