Job summary

Center For Family Services seeks a Bilingual Crisis Intervention Specialist for Morris/Sussex County. The role involves crisis management, de-escalation, and rapid response to youth and families within a dynamic stabilization program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with children and families.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload as per program requirements.
• Collaboratively develop individual and family service plans with behavioral goals.
• Provide 24/7 emergency crisis response by phone or in person on a rotation basis.
• Respond to crises within 1 hour and provide crisis intervention.
• Coordinate and deliver case management to meet family needs.
• Attend school meetings and court hearings as needed.
• Assist team leads with training in field and office.
• Develop transition plans with families to ensure linkage to ongoing support.
