Job summary

Center For Family Services is seeking a Bilingual Crisis Intervention Specialist for Morris/Sussex Mobile Response in NJ. The role is full-time with a $50,000–$57,000 annual salary and a $500 sign-on bonus.

Hybrid model (office, home, community) flexible to meet urgent family needs. Responsibilities include crisis management, case coordination, school and court involvement, and development of family service plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology)
• Bilingual Spanish required
• Current driver's license with a driving record of at least three years
• Must have a car for travel to service sites

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload per program requirements
• Provide 24/7 emergency crisis response by phone/in person on a rotation basis
• Coordinate and deliver crisis intervention and case management services
• Attend meetings and hearings as needed and develop transition plans with families
• Maintain timely documentation and communication with involved parties
