Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking team members to help keep front floor areas stocked, greet customers, and support sales operations in Roanoke, VA. The role includes stocking, displaying products, and assisting customers with locate-and-purchase decisions.

Responsibilities include price checks, shelf maintenance, and cooperation with delivery staff. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may have opportunities for additional responsibilities in the hub store.

Qualifications

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences and strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) and basic customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise.
• Keep the display floor stocked, fronted, and clean daily.
• Make display changes per planograms and pricing changes as needed.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Coordinate and communicate with delivery staff and store manager.
