Job summary

Souto Foods is seeking a bilingual Merchandiser to organize and maintain product spaces in customers' stores to boost sales and profitability. You will schedule store sets, monitor pricing, and coordinate deliveries with drivers and clients.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years retail experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently with a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Two/four-year degree or equivalent experience with 1–2 years retail experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual preferred.
